Statement of Beliefs
GLO believes:
- In the supreme authority and grace of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in creation, guidance, truth, saving grace and final judgement.
- In the divine inspritation of God's Word - the Bible - it being completely trustworthy and the only true guide for our faith and how we conduct our lives.
- That all have sinned and fallen short and God will be our eternal judge.
- That in death, Jesus Christ Son of God took the punishment for our sins; now and always; giving eternal life through Him to all who believe.
- That by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ, who was crucified and was raised from the dead we are justified.
- That it is God the Holy Spirit working in us that brings light, renewal and love.
- That all believers are One body in Christ, of which He is the Head, and by His command we must go throughout the world and proclaim the Gospel.
- That our Lord Jesus Christ will visibly return, in power and glory.
