GLO has set up a fund to provide safe and secure homes in Burundi for strategic leaders.

 

Between the leaders, Freddy (YfC), Onesphore (HfC), Dieudonné (NG) and Emmanuel (Partners Trust International), they pay over $1,000 in rent to their respective landlords without anything to show for it at the end of the day. What a waste of Kingdom resources.

 

Houses in Burundi cost around $45,000 to build and GLO has set up a fund to build a series of home for the leaders.

 

Once one house is built a leader's family will move in and pay 'rent'. This 'rent' will be re-invested, along with GLO funds, in building further houses. Once the leader has paid back the amount for building the house in 'rent', he will own the house.

 

The house build for Freddy has started and the foundations have been dug and laid. The photo above shows the foundations being prepared.
