MUYINGA SHAKES THE DESCENT OF DOOR TO DOOR EVANGELISM

The Lord Jesus has revealed the great evangelists of the mouth APRID Burundi; a team of 8 people were sent to settle in the Church Centre Muyinga, Muyinga FECABU Church hosted training seminars and each afternoon the team visited the streets of the neighborhood Swahili, the Central Market in Muyinga, and this in 3 afternoon.
The seminar of God's servants in this province. Among them there were those who had come in the Commune Kiremba in Ngozi province (Province nearby) and those of the Commune of Kirundo Busoni.
1st day training seminar, we found more than 78 participants and everyone had a notebook and a Bic that the team APRID / Gospel distributed to carefully follow the formation of the Great commission, the difference between Allah the god Islam and Jehovah the God who is revealed to Abraham and his descendants. The Islamic faith and the Christian faith, and how to evangelize Muslims.
The APRID was received in good hands by the Association of Christian Churches operating in the province of Muyinga, a province most Islamized in Burundi.
During this week only one team of 94 people (pastors, evangelists, leaders in the various local churches and some members of Muslim elements who desire to know the truth) to train people from different churches organized in an Association of Churches in Muyinga.
Every afternoon, after morning training was going to 13h oo, we started with the seminarians in training asked about training camp, in total, over 1,000 Muslims have been affected by the Gospel of the debates took place in the population until late in the neighborhoods to 22heures Swahili with the Christians of this district.
The province was burning with the gospel that some Muslim leaders, as head of the provincial Documentation intervened to imprison six times 2 of our team for 30 minutes, the second day was the tour group that had was invited by the Muslims in their campaign in the open, with another small team that had remained in town for the debates, a total of over 30 people was blocked. But the military officers saved the town of Muyinga by intervening (to prevent our being sent to prison) by their own vehicles to evacuate the double cabins.
At the end of training, it was sanctioned by the exemption certificates of qualification.
An antenna was planted, to be headed by a former Muslim, born in Muyinga and now it was installed after the cooperation of pastors and deacons of the Association of local churches in Muyinga, a regional representative for APRID / Muyinga. The antenna consists of 94 members formed during these three days and church members, visited respectively by the preaching of the members of the APRID. And each church will have a local club of the evangelists of APRID / Burundi.
To strengthen the team of Muyinga, who are still fragile we need books, CDs, DVDs and syllabus, join in on any of the provincial administration to avoid obstacles.
Saturday and Sunday was down to the local churches, which in turn appreciates the work of God and can organize the campaign in the open.
The motivation of local churches is in place to achieve the Muslims are 85% majority in their province.
The strategy of Islam in Burundi distributes donated food and building houses for the poor in order to convert them and finally in the open countryside. The authorities of the churches,
Christian's administrative authorities have unanimously declared a crusade at the stadium or inviting Muslims, because Muslims from them organize this kind of activity every two weeks and throughout the country.
It is seen that Christians are behind us said a pastor during the campaign door to door in neighborhoods of this city.

Prayer and request
Prayed for the province of Ngozi to house a seminary at the beginning of September organized by the APRID / Burundi. Several servant of God will be invited.
And soon we expected Ngozi descent to prepare and planned on Tuesday 2011/08/30 meeting with the committee of ministers of Ngozi.
Prayed for us for the meeting which is scheduled to Muyinga the Bishop of the Catholic Church and Bishop of the Anglican Church Erasto, we want to engage and mobilize Christians in general.
And complete the paperwork to work in Muyinga. |
Team APRID / OUTREACH will hold a mass meeting in the open air in different provinces. Of the country.
-ON 17-19/06/2011 APRID's team goes at Ngozi for an important meeting because there are many Muslims who come from Uganda, Rwanda, RDC, Kenya and Sudan. They come to do an open air (to preach Christians). So, 4 evangelists of APRID will be there to defend Christian's faith.
-23-27/06/2011 APRID's team will participate in an open air organised at Cibitoke- Rugombo.Our members will also be there for 5 days.
-On July, there are two crusades (an open air) at Nyanza-lac on 07-10and Muyinga 23-26 in which our members will meet many Muslims.

-So, pray for us so that we ca have much harvest for Christ in those crusades.

Our Muslim's Outreach Team continued with our usual activities of Evangelization door to door in different quarters of Bujumbura;
We continued to reach Muslims in their cut hair salons, at the parking of buses, in their workshops, in their shops, in markets, at their homes for friends etc; some of Muslims come also to find us discreetly.

A motorcycle taxi driver gave his life to Jesus, after several discussions.
Biblical and Koranic texts.
With several meetings on the topic of salvation and the path that led to heaven, a young driver named Ali after an accident has a fractured right leg. Many years passed without him agreeing that Christ died for our sins. Today the Lord has touched his heart, he accepted the death of Jesus Christ for him was a mystery hidden but revealed to the children of God (Church) .1 Corinthians 2:6-10.
Because, according to Galatians 3:12-13. The Word of God tells us that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by his death we have the glory.
But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory
The gods of this world if they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
The Quran says: Every soul is to taste death. (The Surah Spider 29: 57)
As Jesus has a soul he is dead.
This evangelism we used Evangel-Cube. Ramadan's brother is filled with joy for having given his life to Jesus Christ.

The following are some of what God is doing through our association APRID during this period of time.
Our Association APRID continues his work testifying in different area of the city such as markets, bus stations and door to door as their habits.
APRID had crusades at the quarters such as Kinama, Cibitoke,Kanyosha and Kamenge,Bwiza Buyenzi. Experienced wonders that God brought as many as Muslims possible from different quarters of the city to have a debate with us as they want to do so for many times.

In all this we saw the hand of God
The team of APRID that was at the debate organized by the Muslims in the Kinama quarter, spoke about the divinity of Jesus Christ, the following day we talked about the mission of Muhammad that was given to them.
For in their book the Quran there is no space that clearly shows how they are met by the angel Jibril This is actually a big problem for the team of the Muslim religion who do not know how Muhammad give this religion of Islam.
After just a conversation, one daughter came to know that secret to let us know that she has heard all the truth and now she accepts Christ as Savior of her life.
The girl was expelled from her family; she found refuge in a Christian family
Prayer request
*A girl who was converted at Kinama meeting and was abandoned by her old family she's now studying in secondary school. We pray that God can help us to assist her, because now she has one Christians help her but is not enough...
Thank you again for your prayers for this work in reaching as many as possible and this girl in helping her.
*One lady Muslim who was very sick we prayed for her after prayer she recovered and give her life to Jesus! We thank God for that.
* Pray that the Lord may open the door for outdoor campaigns will be in the neighborhoods of Bujumbura and in the interior. |
