"If you want to go fast, go alone; If you want to go far, go together." Our approach is to identify local leaders of the highest integrity and calibre, and forge strategic partnerships with their organisations to empower them to lead the way in transforming the country at multiple levels  The results we are seeing are extremely exciting and encouraging despite Burundi's many challenges as a desperately needy nation trying to overcome the effects of many years of war. Currently, Olivia Perry-Smith is National Coordinator for GLO in Burundi, whilst Simon Guillebaud operates on an international level in terms of preaching, networking and fund-raising.  In the UK, Cheryl Law is our administrator, and in the USA, Shawn DuPre fulfills that role. However, GLO seeks to avoid excessive administrative costs and operates essentially as a conduit for funds to our exceptional local partners.
