Dogs Without Collars have been entertaining people for over 20 years, sometimes in the ways they have intended. Formed of five Vicars from Dorset who got together after realising they had a shared love of rock music and fun, forming a band with the clear intention to help charities and churches in fundraising. Their claim is that they have helped to put more toilets in more churches than any other band in history. Along the way, with over 100 gigs and over £50,000 raised, they have been very close to TV fame, having had Britain’s Got Talent wanting them two years in a row (this is actually true) but the band withdrawing when asked to headbang and change their song to “Highway to Hell” (again, true). With the original line up, the DWC perform a few times a year with an evening of “sit down and listen” followed by “get up and boogie” songs, a jukebox of songs from the 50’s right through to the 90’s. Get a flavour here. Whilst this may not necessarily be as you remember them, Geoff, Graham, Clive, Laurie and Tim hope you will join them for a lot of fun, a lot of noise and a memorable evening.
Please bring your own snacks, drinks and refreshments.
