It doesn’t have to be the ultimate do or die either. I offered a neighbour some cooking apples on her doorstep. She was in pain yet steeling herself when I called to go out to buy, yes, some cooking apples. Without great conviction I prayed for the damaged ribs caused pain to go. Next morning, gone!
