Many of us will send our kids, grandkids, and nephews on camps in the West. They may cost £200-£450 for a week. In Burundi, we do camps at £20/$24 per student, i.e. a tenth of the price in the UK! They will have a profound impact on the next generation of Burundian leaders, as I know from my own experience.
Our GLO Partners will be running lots of camps this summer. Could you sponsor a camper, or 5 or 10?
